Dear Parents/Guardians
We have been advised that Telstra will be undertaking works to upgrade our bandwidth as per the Department of Education's $190 million investment in upgrading bandwidth for schools and communities across the state. This work will commence at 8.00 am on Friday 16th June 2023 and will take up to 4.5hrs to complete. This will result in limited Network Access and no telephone services for up to 3hrs. However the majority of schools completed to date only experienced an outage of 30 minutes or less.
During this time, there may be periods where the school is not able to receive external phone calls to the usual school phone number so we ask if parents could limit calls to the school for urgent matters only. If the reason for your call to the school is an emergency and you are unable to get through to the normal school phone number, please phone 0467 729 786.
